These techniques implimented meditation and visualization to shift negative thought patterns and promote positive thinking. In the 20th century, affirmations became popularized by self-help authors and motivational speakers, such as Louise Hay and Tony Robbins. Today, affirmations continue to be used as a tool for self-improvement and personal growth.




5 ways to use affirmations
